My heart bleeds for Italy, it really does.BREAKINGAlmost 800 more dead in Italy
Deaths continue to spiral in Italy. Official figures show 793 have died of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours - another daily record.
In total 4,825 people have now died across the country.
More than 53,500 have been diagnosed with the virus nationally, up more than 6,500 since yesterday
Fcuking hell
I'm in a slightly different scenario than you guys so not sure if my answer is valid lol, but even if I could I'd never go to them.Would any of you honestly go to a family meal with your nan and grandad , if they were all sensible, no touching, handshakes etc ?
My neighbours are both in their 70's.
Currently they've got their daughter and son-in-law round with their three kids.
If her family members get it, she'd be a lot more upset.ok cheers. Will upset the Mrs. But fuck it.
Ew, keep your maybe-infected blood inside! My heart bleeds for Italy, it really does.

Jesus, surely the lockdown in Italy should have started to take effect by now? What on earth can they do next?
The lockdown started on 09/03...I think 24/03 onwards should hopefully start to show an improvement.Jesus, surely the lockdown in Italy should have started to take effect by now? What on earth can they do next?
Yep,in a nutshellDefinitely don't go. It just isn't worth the risk. If you've got it — and you can be completely asymptomatic — you can leave the virus on hard surfaces and it can live for about 24 hours, according to the WHO. In China 15% of those over eighty who got it went under.
It's just one family meal. There'll be many others in the future.
Strangely enough, I have hope for you. It's probably just a false impression given by these early days reports of yours, but I think you can do much better than us.Dreading today's figures knowing things are going to get a whole lot worse before they get better.
Yessir, we'll do our best not to disappoint you again! ;)Today's figures from Italy are very disappointing.
