A five-year old. Even knowing of underlying conditions, that must be horrific for the parents.

Only up just over 20 on yesterday though, so hopefully is starting to slow down. Cases down, which hopefully is a good sign.
Just had a text from Tesco mobile to say calls between 20.00-08.00 won't effect any contracts, won't matter to me as I use WhatsApp mainly but well done Tesco.Absolute vermin - the Govt should confiscate the equipment that is on site and requisition it for continued patient use and kick these fucking leeches out of the NHS and never let them return

Doctor
Public moving around figures show people are sticking to the rule
Re inforced messages on staying in,repeated a lot
Cases up but more stable
Hosp admission rates for covid in london stable,up in other places though
Deaths continue to be high, likely stay going up for a week or two more
Questions
What will the gov do to make sure people stay at home?
By consent ,are other measures, police powers etc,beg people to observe the rules,it will work,we can save each others lives
Indications today people are staying in
By the end of may a losening of lockdown?
We are still learning ,this is a new virus, things will become clearer as we go along, trying first to get on top of the spread, that is critical, then we can talj about next steps
Any heart from flattening of hosp admissions?
Over days and weeks, reduction in infection, hosp admissions and deaths ,we are not at max effect from the lockdown yet, some hope but must carry on the same
Care home in glascow ? Not tested, their deaths will not be counted, how much higher is the death toll that we dont know abot?
We record deaths in hospitals and are starting to report about community, the death toll is higher
(Dodged the question a bit i feel)
Claiming universal credit?
Welfare system under review, people not able to look for work but many are volunteering
Is the money enough?
Constantly under review ,
How and when lockdown will end,how will it be done? Herd immunity? Antibody transfusions?
Depends on compliance, the more people observe it,no fixed date or firm plan, this is a new situation and fluid, much more how we manage the infections long term
Immunity one part of it,vaccines, existing drugs all important tools, need to learn about immunity as we go along
Are most people expected to get it?
See above answer,it is too early into a new virus to say
People going to testing sites, lots of red tape stopping people getting tested, what can you do about it?
It is for only nhs workers, gove will sort it out, thank you for reporting, testing being done at hosps as well
5g masts spreading disease?
Nonsense, rubbish, fake news, our emergenyy services need the masts to respond
don’t really see how you can make an analysis of cases ‘cases down’. Barely anyone has been tested.
it was said that confirmed cases should be Ten times higher at minimum.
Who’s killing them off , you think it’s somebody's policy ?We record deaths in hospitals and are starting to report about community, the death toll is higher
(Dodged the question a bit i feel)
Think he doesn't want us to think there killing the oaps off, even if they are..

Underlying condition could be anything, that’s the worry. People have died with high blood pressure, diabetes and lots with no health problems at all
It’s awful
More and more people flouting the rules again this weekend. Started noticing it on my way into work this week and it's getting worse and worse.
Someone on here told me it wasn't the case but it is definitely getting worse. Roads are busy, some parks are busy, some public spaces are busy.
Selfish people who can't stay at home, not even hit the peak yet!
Yes it was specific question about a situation of not testing them so not counting them,i think the briefing have been pretty honest so far but not on that question,as i have been saying it a grey areaWe record deaths in hospitals and are starting to report about community, the death toll is higher

Well the herd immunity approach we openly started with did hang the old and vulnerable out to dry some what, protecting them came much later on,the facts are they would have done several models with different outcomes and had to choose, hard choices are made every day in the nhs in normal times let alone nowWho’s killing them off , you think it’s somebody's policy ?
don’t mind the rain at all whilst being stuck in - worrying thing though is the mrs has picked up a shed load of board games from the post office yesterday - please someone find a vaccine quickly.
Who’s killing them off , you think it’s somebody's policy ?
Got the BBQ done mate now plesently pissed and it's fukin red hot here.
Already board of games she will want to be going to bed early next heven forbid ; )
Can’t speak for care homes anywhere else but the 2 near me went into lockdown about 3 weeks before the rest of them, No visitors deliveries left at the door. Even so the policy may have been wrong but it wasn’t intentionally to kill people. the poster said, they are killing oaps off’ like it was a policy.Well the herd immunity approach we openly started with did hang the old and vulnerable out to dry some what, protecting them came much later on,the facts are they would have done several models with different outcomes and had to choose, hard choices are made every day in the nhs in normal times let alone now
