I would allow people and probably wouldn’t have stopped people socially distantly visiting their families (within mileage reasonability). They were allowed to take them their shopping, so having a socially distant chat was always possible.

I’ve had one argument on this thread last night, so I’m not getting into another. All I’ll say is that logic shows a criminal lack of knowledge and is driven by the heart, not the head.
It will ease shortly, and at that point we have to assume that when families can meet again it will be done safely. That is putting faith in the human race and frankly, after reading the last few pages and the debate I had last night, is not something I’d be willing to do without absolute assurance.
