If they are as simple as you say, why have they not been provided to businesses before they re-open? It's obviously the wrong order to tell businesses to re-open before issuing the guidelines, whether they are simple or notGuidelines are simple, social distancing still applies, don’t share items if possible, wash hands etc, don’t be shaking hands and kissing people etc. It’s not that hard to understand. Each company is responsible to ensure its employees can return to work safely.
