14 police officers hurt yesterday, female offer suffers a collapsed lung, broken collarbone, brokenribs after a bike was thrown at her horse. What part did the british police play in what happen in America ? Trump couldn't give a shit what happens in his country let alone little old England, yet these protest think by attacking our police trump will change America. Really ?

I know some of our police aren't great but they weren't involved in the usa , it had nothing to do with them

One of the sage lot now admitting we should have lock down earlier and pretty much in doing so admitting that the matches and Cheltenham being allowed was an almighty clusterfuck.....Well not shit sherlock, fuck me you did,nt need a degree in virology to know that at the time.

Sadly it may prove that no matter what steps had to be taken to stop the events of the last few days they should have been. Let us hope not and that the virus is not what it was back then.

Completely unacceptable behaviour. I hope anyone involved in that assault is charged with assault on the horse as well as the rider.

You not seen france then or australia or copenheagan, Seoul etc.

It isn't just a protest in the US that us daft old english lot have decided to copy, it has become a global call for change in institutional racism, most of the plackards in each country lists incidents specific to that country not just George Floyd

I have already said the person who threw the bicycle was a dickhead as were those kicking off, and social distancing needs to be adhered to but these protest are about a lot more and relevant more than one mans death.

well if they want to protest about our police why wait till there's a pandemic ? was it so it puts the lives of the police at risk as well as the rest of the country ?

Protests like this are instantanious, the situation sparked it being now.

Personally I think they should have been planned better to be distanced and cannot agree with the numbers in piccadilly yesterday being reasonable in a pandemic.

If I had gone and seen those numbers I would have left and not participated, partly a reason why I never bothered in the first place.

if it was a job policing the idiots breaking lockdown rules I would take it, I cant though because im furloughed and the longer it goes on the bigger the chance I have of losing my job and my families security, also my daughter who has CP ive not been able to hold her ,she doesn't understand why mum and dad cant see her never mind hold her,so less of your bullshit

The police have a right to use reasonable force against violent protestors, including a baton charge. The police in Buffalo are on film attacking peaceful protestors.

A bike was thrown at a police horse, this was resolved non violently by our police using cavalry charges instead of pepper spray and batons. That’s a testament to their restraint and professionalism, especially after seeing a colleague taking a hit like that (she smashed in to a street post/traffic light).

It was a joke mate, apologies you didn’t see it that way, those rioting are in need of calling out for it as they’re taking away from the actual message.
