Not necessarily. We can only appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal on very specific grounds. We can’t just appeal because we don’t like the decision.Not so,we move on to the Swiss court

I know it doesn't tell us what the decision is going to be but these "feelings" are a guie to feeling within the club and when people express their feelings in such unostentatious terminology you can take it they are genuine and not just to keep morale up.

Good lawyers make their clients feel confident so the chances are that UEFA feel it went well for them too. That's unless we have evidence that proves UEFA have penalised us again for breeches that were dealt with the first time round, IMHO. Anything else and I reckon the decision is in the balance. The alleged dodgy sponsorship payments and whether we complied with the investigation can probably argued both ways.
