Lad wants to return to his homeland and play for probably the best club there, he has been a fantastic player for us, and just like (most) City players we should wish him well, he has done nothing wrong... Get the best deal we can and move on.

Shame but that's what you sometimes get with a bit of a prima donna. He expects to play every game. When we played him and Sterling on each wing with Jesus in the middle we looked truly scary.
Applies just the same to young players in Spain or Catalonia or anywhere really... “Hey...what if it in four years I want to come home and Barcelona come in for me? LOL, is that what I'm doing?We've had a lot of them and they've managed to put something back and embrace the club and its generosity.
I know there's a few disappointed people at the club, but they should just suck it up.
I know you're trying to be bigger than the rest of us , but sometimes, someone just lets you down.
