If Liverpool have already won the title before the game at the Etihad then Man City will have a better chance of winning the game. If Liverpool need a draw to win the league then Man City will go out to win which will suit Liverpool and I think Liverpool would win the game. Since Man City gained promotion to the premier league, Liverpool have an excellent record in games against them and I don’t see that changing.
Hmmm, new poster since yesterday, post is slightly pro Liverpool. I’m not saying you aren’t a blue mate but I have to wonder.

Don’t forget the injury to Laporte and the dodgy VAR decisions. With or without Bayern the Sane injury hasn’t helped either. The league table is not a true reflection of where Liverpool and City are.
No agreed. However i think we need to look at how we've performed rather than blaming VAR and refs. Laporte has been a huge blow, but some of our defending at times has been a joke. Then when you think of games we have dropped points and the chances we've missed, we could be a lot closer if we performed to our best.

Do you really believe there are dippers who feel that way?
I don't know any Liverpool fans personally and have never met one so couldn't say for sure.

There are large number of their fans who pull generally unpleasant stunts like bricking an opposition coach before an important game so that their opponents are on an adrenaline comedown during the match or setting off fireworks outside their oppositions hotel so they don't get a good night's sleep before a game.

You don't generally gets stunts like that from fans of other clubs around the world so they definitely have a higher percentage of fans who put a higher priority on a win than seeing their team engage their opponents in a fair sporting way.

This attitude comes from the top I suspect, Klopp could easily stop the diving, play acting and violent conduct if he chose to but doesn't. Their coaches and middle management have been proved to be thieves and cheats by hacking their opponents. All these people were hired by John W Henry who had shown not only here but with his US teams that cheating isn't an issue to him and he will do whatever it takes to cheat his way to the top.

Personally, I'd be livid if our club and players behaved like theirs, I don't think players like Robertson, Salah or Mane would be lauded and respected here the same way as they are by the Anfield faithful at the game or in the reporters box.

That's just going off the City fans that I know anyway. For us it's the competition and the challenge that's the important thing, sometimes we win and sometimes we lose but as long as we haven't been cheated then it's all the same, that's what sport is about.

Having said all that I think there's probably Liverpool fans who feel the same way. They'll be embarrassed by the antics of their players and of their fans who disrespect the game as a sporting event so badly. It's just that the internet amplifies the voices of the crazy people on the outskirts of all conversations so the more rabid Liverpool fans are the ones you hear of as they're so out there and laughable.

Then again, it may well just 'mean more'.

Anyone see the tweets about naby keita today?
I won't put them on here as they would be deleted.
What I found most interesting - but not at all surprising - was the manner in which liverpool fans were defending him and slating her

I’m not
I have just checked your profile page and it says supports Liverpool. We do get covert Liverpool fans on here sometimes, so as long as you are upfront, respectful and a bit thick skinned your contributions will be welcomed on here.

If Liverpool need a draw to win the league then Man City will go all out to win which will suit Liverpool and I think Liverpool would win the game. Why do you say Liverpool and not we?

They'll happily defend racists. And it's only one letter different.

Allegedly.

I think that you’ll get your arses handed to you on a plate at the Etihad... I hope it’s a rout

We are 20 points behind them because we have been hugely inconsistent, very sloppy in defense at times and even more sloppy in front of goal at times. We may be smashing teams now football has restarted, but lets not let that mask that at certain periods this season we have been really poor.
That's is true.....................oh and VAR ;-)
