After all that was said on the BBC about the Atletico game, including complaints from people who voluntarily attended In the full knowledge of a global pandemic ffs, the silence on this is disgraceful, if not remotely surprising.

Doesn't' surprise me in the slightest, G. It's what I've come to expect from the CoachWreckers&HackersFCMeedya.

Spitting Image

Ah, this can`t be right. These are the best fans in the world not the Heysel, pavement slab dropping on to a waiters head, bus wrecking, hacking, shop robbing, false ticketing, social distancing petitioners of justice. And to top it off The Spitter from Sky turns up on the streets with a can of beer in his hand mixing closely with his mates on the waterfront.

We`re Scouse not English.

I’m shocked it’s still being played down in what I have read. It’s been 30 years blah blah it took us 40 & we didn’t trash our own city.

they are still talking about a parade wtf! No way on this planet after these 2 nights they should be allowed. This club get away with so much even in the middle of a global pandemic.

They don’t deserve that trophy!

I actually text one of my staff yesterday to say congratulations, he sent me loads of pics of Anfield after our game. I replied saying "there the same people saying you don't need your games at neutral venues because you won't ignore social distance" , he replied "it was all the Everton fans trying to get us in shit" ........ Typical

Have you banned him from the work place ( without pay ) for 14 day ;)

I have a lot of friends who are Liverpool fans and over the last day or so have said they are ashamed of what these groups of fans are doing, has everyone seen the titts who drove to old Trafford to celebrate?

Can understand them being giddy after waiting so long for a premier league title but the best part of this will be the inevitable downfall and the look of the players faces when they realise other teams want to take their scalp

When their Lord Mayor suggested that this behaviour may happen he was slapped down by the club, fans groups etc who were outraged by his suggestions. Have they come out and apologised? Given that Spitty has flouted social distancing will he now be allowed in on Thursday? Not only that but why do footballers, when they aren’t playing not have to socially distance?

I refer you to my earlier post - a categoric no....
Just lifted this from the BBC in reference to the Mayor;

'In April, Mr Anderson said he feared restarting the Premier League would lead to a "farcical" situation with fans congregating outside Anfield.

The club said at the time that they were "disappointed" by the mayor's comments, while supporters group Spirit of Shankly called on him to retract his statement, adding that there was "no evidence to support the mayor's perception that supporters will break any lockdown regulations".'

Both Liverpool FC and Spirit of Shankly have been approached for comment.

For safety reasons please can I suggest that no-one holds their breath on this one.

I wonder how quickly they both managed to release a statement denouncing the Mayor's comments.............

THey are stupid and that they don’t realise the damage to there own city they are doing and don’t they realise that any chance of the team getting together for a puplic celebration has most probably gone up in smoke .

Hey, but Jurgen has WARNED the rest of the football world that this thirty year wait is only the beginning. He's already planning to see if he can score another goal at Goodison. English Champions, erstwhile Uefa Champions, World Champions, but not champs in their own backyard.

On a side note is anyone else annoyed that there t-shirts are saying champions 19 relating to there amount of leagues rather than champions 20 because of the year?

We should have copyrighted it last year.
I assume after the 2014 printing t-shirts debacle they decided to scrap the year so that they could be recycled for any year that they acru win the title ;-)

Defending their own actions on RAWK as per usual. One said that they get different treatment and if it had been anyone else there would be no uproar la. Well the only people to condemn the actions are their own council and yes he’s right when he said they get treated differently

you would think so but I’m not sure.

sky news showing it has jubilant fans with still images yet showing video of illegal raves as more of a concern. It’s madness.

im not sure the club have even said anything!

They will get their parade or just riot anyway.

2020 is one crazy year with bizarre behaviour

They are a bunch of insufferable wankers and that's putting it mildly. If you dare to venture onto Twitter they are even jumping on sky clips of Pep congratulating them and spouting bile. Horrible bastards in defeat and victory they are despised by the majority of match going fan's in this country at least. Like the rags the media love them and spin this romantic aura and myth around them, those of us in the real world know the truth. ..vermin.

This media spin is what upsets me the most, in India all the papers which traditionally ignore football covered about their title win in excessive detail so much that it creeped me out.

It's nauseating but we all knew what would happen if they won it. How a club that got English teams banned from European football for five years is fawned over so much is beyond me.

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch! Spelling never my strongpoint.
But tolerance and patience are your strong points. My reply to these people who like to correct spelling to show how clever they think they are, would be Anglo Saxon, short but not sweet.

Funny you should mention the Sun.

Here's Tony Evans calling Barry Glendenning "Kelvin" (as in Kelvin MacKenzie) because he pointed out the hypocrisy of Tony Evans and people like him (plus The spirit of Shankley) attacking Liverpool's mayor who said he thought this would happen a few weeks ago.

Is this the same Tony Evans who worked for Rupert Murdoch for years at the Times?
