Not like we let Sancho, Boateng, Tevez, and plenty of more players walk for practically nothing to rival big clubs. Even players who see as surplus we cant get a decent price for them. Other teams manage it miles better than us.
Is that your only examples? Carlito was treated the same as everyone who contributed to our developement, sancho was a badly behaved seventeen yr old,i can't remember boating deal, you might not like it but we run out club very differently, you contribute to development and trophies and we avoid a fuss at the end, respect is everything to the way the club is run,i much prefer that to a bigger wrangle and bad feelings at the end

Milner to dippers ,who else to a big rival ?

We moved on average players like Mooy, Kelechi and others for very decent money we will probably move Harrison on to Leeds if they get promoted for well over 10 million, none of those players cost much at all, we recovered our money on Boateng, Ed and Carlito were errors but the contracts were also part of the problem then which is something that’s been rectified.

Then why are we still failing it with the higher profile players. Even the deadwood failed signing we are unable to move on for anything decent. I don’t see we rectified anything if we lost Sancho and now Sane for ridiculously low prices.

Disappointing, but it was on the cards for a while. We'll move on, and hopefully get someone better.

Not like we just got dethroned by one of those teams that managed to sell Coutinho for +105m
You mean that player who had four years left on his contract but demanded to leave?

Do you think if Kev asked to leave tomorrow that we'd accept a fiver for him?

Chance for three trophies this season, without Sane. How awful it is to be dethroned.

Why do you think that is. Do you think we employ idiots? Or do you think we employ people that are among the best in the game that get the best deal possible for the club?

“in the circumstances” being the key bit there.

If Sancho goes for 75 mil plus, we need to coldly assess our football operations people because we have watched money go in the bin here.

not sure what more the club could have done. When he wouldn’t sign a contract last season we were prepared to sell him if the price was right. Then he got injured and missed a year, by which time he was six months away from leaving for free and we had to lower our price

It sticks in my throat to sell him to those Bayern twats but he definitely sulks and goes missing at times whilst sometimes being unplayable. A good fee under the circumstances I suppose
