I think you've got that entirely wrong Pam, either side could appeal to the Swiss courts on very limited grounds (process I think being part of it). I highly doubt also that we would ever challenge FFP itself.UEFA can't appeal. City could have taken them to court over whether FFP is unlawful or not and very well might have done had we lost the case, but neither party has redress to a further appeal when it comes to the CAS decision specifically.
