As others have said, these seam vague enough again for us to argue that they are out of context again and do UEFA really want another bruising? Not going to worry unduly about this. I spent far too much emotional energy on the CAS appeal to fret every time Der Spiegel publish an article! It would take something far more substantial than what we’ve seen today for UEFA to even consider re-opening this imo.
Maybe if the CAS judgment had remained between Ciy & UEFA & not made public we wouldn't have given DS the chance to scrutinise & go back over shit that wasn't relevant to the charges ! Now they can & I'd probably guess there's more to come!

Am I missing something here? These fresh e-mails don’t even mention Mansour or ADUG funding the sponsorship deals so from what I can see they’re far less incriminating looking than the previous ones.
Hopefully the fact that City were happy for it to be made public suggests we’re not overly concerned about any other emails that may be out there.Maybe if the CAS judgment had remained between Ciy & UEFA & not made public we wouldn't have given DS the chance to scrutinise & go back over shit that wasn't relevant to the charges ! Call me cynical but I think they have intentionally held back some emails, to see what Simon Pearce testified. I don’t think they have just found them in the last day or two. Then leave it 2 days for the dust to settle a bit and then release it as it starts to calm down. Clear and organised.
Didn't CAS show that Der Spiegel changed one of the hacked documents to deliberately cast City in a bad light?
If so, it is Der Spiegel who should be defending themselves, and not City.
No doubt certain parties will be getting excited but I doubt there is much appetite for this now.
