You have to question the editorial decision of letting someone with a proven history of inventing stories be the co-author of an article on football leaks.
 
The worrying thing in that email isn’t the correction of the invoice, it’s the forwarding of payment by himself in the first place. The rest of the leaks are all meh.

Its the same as the other emails though in terms of being nowhere near enough in itself. There are two ways of assessing this though, depending on whether people are bothered if we did disguise funding via Etihad or just whether we can potentially be found guilty of it.

I've read some laughable accusations but this is the worst. The accusation and the email are barely linked let alone prove anything.

I'm quite relieved. This was always going to happen and if this is an example of what they have then Jesus they have no shame and have nothing of note.

This is why I was personally in no rush for the full document to be published...no good would come of it.

I don't go along with the theory that City are concerned because they responded. They just want to put a stop to the endless questions and no comment doesn't sound good.

I don't doubt Bayern are ringing UEFA right now. I also don't doubt that UEFA will tell them to forget it but nice try.

Stuff like this will be printed as long as it sells. It's nothing more than a smear campaign. It's annoying but nothing to be concerned about.

No. The case is over. CAS were satisfied that Etihad were fully responsible for funding their sponsorship deal with us. There was no disguised equity investment from ADUG. What Simon Pearce did or didn't do or say is irrelevant

I can concur, should have waited at least a year before release in my opinion.
 
Der Speigel got away with owning the hacked emails as they were apparently in the public interest, however if our legal teams can get an injunction on the basis that the way they percieved the emails to the public was misleading and damaging to the club then surely it's solid legal action?
 
My sister has just informed me about a new allegations by Der Spiegel are now come out saying that we have lied to CAS. So now is the time to tell them either show is the evidence or shut up.

If the club know they are lying that is libellous under our laws So let's go out and sue those schewinhunds, for every penny they have. The board should make sure that they have not a penny left in the bank. While they we are using the paper, let's take the editor, the journo, and the owner as well.
