It's worth knowing if anyone is trying to bring up City "selecting" anyone that the President of the Appeals body at CAS is the person who appoints everyone, and ensures that they are impartial and independent. In the CAS full award it spells out very clearly that, in this case the Deputy President selected Rui botica after considering everyone else's opinions.

And I make the point again - as dweebs like the Haris twins keep failing to spot - arbitors are picked from a panel of IMPARTIAL and INDEPENDENT arbitors maintained by CAS. They are not City or UEFA placemen. UEFA agreed with City's choice, as for whatever reason they were happy with our choice to one being selected by the CAS president.
If UEFA's case was strong enough they would have found City guilty of the main charges. As we have seen their evidence was a bag of 7 out-of-context hacked emails, edited and distorted to 6 emails that provided little proof of any wrong doing when compared with reality. So City were cleared of the main charges.
Those who give any sort of credence to the ramblings of the demented Haris twins and other similar dweebs are frankly fucking idiots.
