Not many in 45 years mate
Paul Power, Clive Wilson, Andy Hinchliffe, Terry Phelan......I suppose Kolarov was ok going forwards, but struggling after that

Ner even a mention for Clichy, despite the fact that he played the majority of the matches in the 11-12 season and an almost equal number with Kolarov in 13-14. Very much the forgotten man, a veritable John Beresford...

Andy Hinchliffe was a really good footballer who would have been an international fixture if he had played for Arsenal or Liverpool or the rags

Bobby McDonald was bobbins, just such a big improve the at the time he seems much more competent. Did score some important goals, especially v Everton

I almost mentioned Clichy, but thought better of it ;)

Bobby McDonald did a good job for two or three years. Scored some important goals too.
The only memory I have of Bobby Mac is him going in net one game? Not sure if that happened as I reckon I would’ve been 4 or 5 at the time?

People seem to be forgetting that Terry Phelan was actually crap. He was absolutely rapid and scored the riot goal against Spurs but that was it. He could not defend and was awful with the ball. Phelan was the weak link in that defence and was constantly out of position.
