Started going in 83/84 season, so whilst I’ve played on the same team as Oor Wullie, never saw him play at CityWillie Donachie?
I almost mentioned Clichy, but thought better of it ;)Ner even a mention for Clichy, despite the fact that he played the majority of the matches in the 11-12 season and an almost equal number with Kolarov in 13-14. Very much the forgotten man, a veritable John Beresford...
Truly great left back. Could do it all..Started going in 83/84 season, so whilst I’ve played on the same team as Oor Wullie, never saw him play at City
The only memory I have of Bobby Mac is him going in net one game? Not sure if that happened as I reckon I would’ve been 4 or 5 at the time?Bobby McDonald did a good job for two or three years. Scored some important goals too.
I remember when we would all chant/ shout ShoooOoooot, his wife had to explain to him that’s what we were doing as he thought we were booing him.I always liked Michael Tarnat.
The greatest City left back thread is a classic.
I think he made a couple of decent saves, think we won, it was at home, but can't remember the opposition? The only memory I have of Bobby Mac is him going in net one game? Not sure if that happened as I reckon I would’ve been 4 or 5 at the time?
