Agents represent their clients. Players can be blinded by the bright lights but from a business POV, behaviour the likes of which Barca is exhibiting has to be taken into consideration, especially by the big stars. Some get cast aside like Suarez, or sold, like Neymar and many get fed up with the intensity and politics in the end - Pep with Rosell, Messi with Bartomeau. They don’t so much fall out of love with Barca as get sick of her two faces.
