Worth noting that being found guilty in a court of law bribing and assault of a public official only gets you one month off England duty. Therefore one less back-rub from the physio may be a more proportionate punishment.

We don't know the facts but if he played a key part in bringing those lasses back then I don't agree with what he has done and I'm not defending him.

Like it not not, footballers and WAGs are completely on a different level to us plebs and most tend to lack moral fibre. I don't understand the delusion that they are all role models.

Not saying the incident isn’t what it looks like but we know the British press, I thought sports teams where in bio secure bubbles, the ECB have done a great job with the cricket, how where two young girls allowed to walk through what should be air tight security? It doesn’t make sense, my money is on a couple of hotel employee chancers

Sounds like a lot of peer pressure involved and I feel for the lad being without his family on his first England trip.

Nobody said they're all role models.

You're making an assumption about someone you don't know just because she's with a rich bloke. So don't come at me with your "moral fibre" bollocks.
 
Can't bring myself to pretend I'm morally outraged at a footballer potentially cheating on his missus (particularly as there's no evidence or suggestion of that as yet). That's for her to get upset about, not me.

By far the biggest issue here is that they broke the squad's bubble. Pretty major fuck up when you consider they could have been responsible for infecting other squad members with the virus and causing subsequent problems for their clubs.

They've been a pair of silly dickheads and will need to take their punishment. They'll get over it though.

1. How did they or were allowed to leave camp with everything that's happening in the world right now
2. What part of there thick footballing brain did it not register going back with birds would be wrong

I'm just glad Greenwood (UTD) was with him otherwise it takes more shit away from Maguire
