So people don't want Dias because they wanted Kounde, who a couple of days ago they didn't want because they wanted KK, then again they didn't want him because he's too old, however, they didn't want Kounde because he's too young and small.. amazing.

Dias imo had a bad season by his standards (from what I have seen) just like KK had a bad season. Kounde had a decent few games with most of us watching him for Sevilla in the Europa games that were on TV.

I think any of the 3 mentioned improve our backline right now. Maybe even lowering the fees to bring another player in? nobody really knows.

Totally get your concern there bondsman, but let's not forget Ricardo Carvalho also came from that league and he turned out superb.
 
Fans pulling there noses up saying Dias is plan c d or e as far as i know city have followed this lad for well over a year now?

Not sure Tiago or Maniche would really count as being successes here (unless I have misunderstood something).

Bernardo, Ederson, fake Ronaldo (unfortunately), most of the Wolves squad etc.

Success as in they made the transition well and weren't out of place quality wise, think they were in the squad that won the league ?
Also pretty sure they left when Chelsea upgraded and Essien and Ballack came on the scene ?

Must admit I can't really remember Maniche playing for Chelsea. I must be thinking of somebody else.

Don't think he played many games KB, loan signing possibly, but still a very good player when he played, I remember thinking at the time, those two (him and Tiago) would have been great for us when Chelsea got rid (if we could have afforded them).

But how do you know we have been watching him for over a year? Based on media reports, yet some say you can't say based on media reports that we have been after Kounde, Koulibaly etc. Even though Sevilla confirmed we made offer anyway.
 
its getting to a point that jonny evens would be a good signing hahahahahah

was thinking last night who was city last free transfer or loan player ? maybe we should be looking for a couple of loans just to get us through the season
