I really piss myself laughing when people say Gundo isn't good enough. Pep very obviously thinks he is but posters on here think they know better. He's also a regular for the German national side, under a manger who has won the World Cup.

Gundogan has his faults and, like Mendy, serious injury seems to have taken something from him but he has technique and intelligence of a very high order.
He isn’t good enough. Injuries have limited him. Completely immobile..

If we had not had that frankly bizarre result v Leicester people would be a lot more confident. Like we were after Wolves.
The signs were there in the Wolves game. We were just fortunate that Wolves failed to finish the number of golden goal-scoring opportunities that they had. We could easily have lost that game. Let's not forget that the same issues were apparent all last season. We just collapsed completely against Leicester. We had no answer to their fast attackers (Vardy, in particular) running through our back-line. I don't think that Dias solves this and so, unless we stop playing such a high-line against teams such as Leicester, we will always be vulnerable to conceding such goals.

I feel really upbeat about the transfer window, People forget that we outscored everyone last season. I think im right in saying our goal difference was better than everyone else last season as well. The trouble was we won big and lost badly as well. Laporte was a huge miss for us as was Sane, everyone say's Gundo isn't un to the job but he spent most of the season tring to provide cover for a mixture of Ferny, Otto, Stones and Garcia, Mendy was in and out of the team all season as well. Hopefully we now have a solid base unless Pep decides he needs to tinker with it every week.

Well good transfer window or not, the onus of the results now lies on Pep Josep Guardiola. Needless to say we have shown some technical naivety from the side and not all can be attributed to individual mistake. Imho the 2017-2018 blueprint won't work because sides have figured that out.
This is a talented pool of players. I would give them a chance. I still feel Pep can be a bit rigid at times and football has evolved in last couple of years. Doesn't look like he has signed a contract extension and another failure would probably would be the end of him at City. Hopefully it won't come to this.

I think Ferran Torres will be the surprise of the window. i remember a spanish interview he did while at Valencia where he said he admires Critiano Ronaldo and said that he knows he can be as good as him hes that confident in his own ability hes the Gem of Spanish football alongside Fati I still cant belive we got him for 20 odd million. as you can see from the goal he scored against Burnley his running style and finishing is replicating Ronaldo.

Jovic only potential candidate I see in the market. If true about Gabby, I can understand why he wouldn't want to move to Germany. New language, same shit weather. Always gives his absolute all for us so glad he stayed.

The Jesus bit sounds nonsense, if we wanted to sell him, there would be a few teams trying for him. Don’t think we’ve ever wanted to sell him.
