I remember a lot of comments like this in 16/17, before we went on and dominated the next two seasons. So he definitely has it in him to turn things around, the question is can he climb the mountain again. I think it's a tall order but I live in hope

It's the same comments from the same users, they've just been in hiding for the last 3 years/8 trophies.

Can't we? 9 first team players out for Leicester, 6 out for Leeds.

Are you really going to pretend he's got the squad he wants when 1/3 of it is unavailable???
In terms of improving the first 11,probably only 3,at most,do that. However,i get the fact we are currently using the same 13/14 and they are looking knackered because of such.

As our WBR/WBL or DL/DR stay behind and don’t contribute up front we have less players when attacking. See Arnold and Robertson even though they play Mane and Salah wide.

We also change a lot. Foden played 3 different positions yesterday. Sterling, Mahrez too.

We need at least 9 from 11 which start if not injured. Bernardo should be one of them.

I am bit worried when I hear Pep saying "in 5 years with the team ......." It sounds like someone is leaving :( I really hope not. But issue is, if Pep does not see players committed to his method, he will leave.

Reporting on Twitter (I know!) that Simon Mullock is saying that Pep's future is a regular subject of conversation among the players. And that Pochettino is seen as a candidate to replace Pep next summer.

I'm sorry, I don't speak English very well.

Pep is very calculating with his professional reputation.

As a player in Barcelona, he jumped off the boat when the ship was sinking.

As a coach in Barcelona, too.

In Munich the same.

And now too. He will leave this next year. He acts like this.

But I'm not being offensive, I don't say "he is an opportunist", because he is a fighter, he is a worker, he even dreams with his job when he sleeps.

When players fail, and he is working with that passion every morning, and players dont do that, he says "goodbye guys".

Actually he is fair. Maybe that can be selfish, but if you are not a radical hooligan you can understand it.

He’s jumped off the boat when Barca and Bayer were sinking..?

In his last season at Barca he won the Spanish and European Super cup’s, the world club championship and the copa-del-rey. They made it to the champions league semi final’s and finished 2nd behind a 100 point Real.

His last season at Bayern, he won the league and cup double and again made it or the CL semi’s

No team, or manager, has EVER won every single trophy on offer, but going by statistics alone, pep is one of, if not the highest on the list of “trophy to games” manager’s in the history of football.

Maybe the players don’t get it, or can’t keep up with his intensity after a prolonged period, but don’t state he’s left sinking ships, because that is not true.

In his last season at Barça he didnt win Liga he didnt win Champions. Both are the biggest cups.

It was a failure according to that great team. It was a failure for that club and for him.

He is a guy disproportionately demanding and exacting. Being demanding and exacting is good, but being an extremist is not good.

In that year he hatred Piqué and Cesc Fábregas. Both guys are typical immature kids, sometimes not serious in their discipline. For him Carles Puyol is the exemple (seriously disciplined, manly character and not childish character...)

To leave it was a punishment for the team, especially for that both players, who he couldnt put up with. He even would have wanted to hit them physically.

Pep is too idealistic. All of us have some undisciplined and lazy colleagues in our jobs.

Also he can't understand the typical "chav" player, the typical player with a chav life, chav spirit, chav way even celebrating goals. The football is playing in the street. A lot of good players are players because they never studied, in his infancy they were on the street all day with the ball.

And he hate that, he doesn't understand that, and me and you can understand that Wayne Rooney will never recite to you "A midsummer night's dream", and we can understand that Wayne go crazy for silicone tits and lips girls, and that he smokes some cigarettes sometimes...

When a part of the team lose their intensity, he gets angry. Same in Munich about Champions League performances.

He feels ashamed. He can't look into the eyes of the Manchester City fans if he makes a ridiculous season. He just can look into the eyes of the Manchester City fans if he wins. It's just that or depart.

You’re full of shit.

I don’t need 300 words to convey that.

What do these abbreviations mean?

Don't insult me. Tell me when I'm wrong.

Pep's personality is very particular.
And that influences when he decides their future. All that I told you exists in his mind. Even the way to understand football from a social and emotional point of view between Barcelona and England is absolutely different, and also influences a lot.

English football world is very faithful, romantic and passionate. Catalan people doesnt understand that a fan of an English club doesn't care not to win. They doesnt understand that the ritual pre and post a match in the pub can be even more important. They doesnt understand feelings of the chants in the stands. They doesnt understand statues of ex players who that were important in the past even though they are not world legends, when Diego Maradona, Ronaldo, Romario, Rivaldo, Koeman, Messi, Schuster... don't have any statues in Camp Nou, because "Barça is above men".

In the stands of the Camp Nou we find the bourgeois gentlemen of the pure. In stands of the English stadiums we find the real people. In England posh sports are other.

In Barcelona the story is vulgar. It's the story of lord of the tie: "you have to win, you cost money".

Cultural difference influences him. His mind has not a romantic program, has a pressure program to succeed.

And you know that how? Is it your interpretation based on Perarneau books? Or are you his wife?

Ok.
You’re wrong and full of shit.

Well. I'm from his same town and I work in Camp Nou since 14 years ago.

I know how catalan culture works, how Barça world works, how think or feel our culture...

You know about your culture, about your country, about the way to act or shape culture there. You don't need to be Elizabeth II (or her husband) for that.
