We are a big club in our own right and should not pander to anyone. If Pep wants to go we thank him for the incredible hard work, the amazing titles and for me personally sticking up for us against the corruption with CAS.

I still think he will sign anew 2 year deal but obv it is Barcelona and his heart may decide it time to go back. We could see a board room evolution if Txiki goes with him. Maybe not a bad thing????

change for change sake is not the right way but changing to evolve is maybe the way we should be looking at the Pep situation. Why should we be worried? KAM will keep us right.

Txiki is going nowhere man. He was here before pep. Txiki, Soriano and berrada help build the CFG model. They are very much trusted by khaldoon and man city boss.

In fairness, that is not what he says. Headline is putting 2 and 2 togethercand getting whatever they fucking want to get.
 
I've thought for years that Pep will return once he's done here, subject to a change in Barcelona's admin, despite being told he'll never return.

If they want him, they'll get him - 100%. Great chance for us to bring someone in with fresh ideas and help us to kick on in Europe.

This font guy is very vocal about wanting xavi as his coach. His entire project is built around xavi. No sure in which role he wants pep. Xavi's assistant . Lol. Politicians playing nostalgia card .

The gut is outlining his manifesto to get elected, name 4 Barca connections and get one or two and it will be seen as a success. Xavi will end up as manager and whether Iniesta is brought in as assistant or some other capacity will be lauded.

It's not going to happen! You might as well threaten you'll gloat when Thatcher comes back.

This is not something Pep's mentioned once in a throwaway comment, this is something he's been asked every few weeks for the past 8 years and he's always had the same answer, the same reasoning. He's never going to be Barcelona manager again.

I will ask though: should it, will it mark the first time you will ever admit to being wrong about something, or will you claim something preposterous like you were referring to a different Pep and not Pep Guardiola?

The latter is something that just seems totally feasible.

If Pep ends up back at Barcelona then so be it, Manchester City will still go on. To be honest I'd rather this whole contract situation would be sorted now. Either sign a new long term contract or move on.
