Foiking the Chase tonight
Who came second in the premiership in 2019 with the highest points?
WTF.
Lol though neither contestant or chaser knew ...fuck em
Chris Kamara was on the One Show yesterday, promoting his new album (he's a dreadful singer). He said he'd known some of the best managers, and name dropped Alex Ferguson and Jürgen Klopp. I'm not sure of his links to either of them, or to Liverpool or United. It just smacked of yet another desperate attempt to get those two clubs a mention, with absolutely no context whatsoever.

Sky peddling the narrative that Liverpool are battling bravely against all the odds. There’s charts, statistical analysis, the lot. Yet, as they state themselves, City have had more players out injured. So why is this written from Liverpool’s perspective? Where’s the article detailing City’s struggles?

The lengths they go to to make their excuses for them should they fail to win the league, it’s astonishing.

Football media in this country have, more than ever, become fanzines for them and utd.

Probably didn’t want Pep being asked about it in a presser ‘Chris....kamara...?’

I'm amazed, watching BBC 6 o'clock news there were several onscreen shows of people socialising and celebrating. Guess what they showed. Our Fourmidables celebrations. Somebody must have had a word.

I noticed that, but on the 10pm news it was repeated - same narrative but they had swapped our celebrations for a crowd scene outside Spuds new stadium. Someone got a bollocking for showing a positive image of us!

Nice article in the daily mirror about penalty boy having a whattsapp fit and from nowhere, with zero relevance to a story about him complaining about other utd players, they drop in utd beat city .just random as fuck. not even subtle. quite funny tbf.

"Reining Reds in would be his best achievement in management" David Silva "exhausted by Guardiola's demands" "worn down" " Pep Guardiola now looks worn out" . We are doomed, Herbert is back from hiding in DM dungeon with his unique take on our disastrous position and how David Silva declined City's pleas for another season because Pep exhausted him. Oh but there are some "positives" if you search very carefully.
Herbert is a weird ****. Not going to lie, looks noncey. Not saying he’s a nonce btw; just looks like one...

ITV granada news sport just now, Nobby Stiles funeral, Joe Gomez injury and......now the Rugby.
Liverpool FC still the only team to pick up injuries.
10 o'clock BBC news one of the headlines showed a hearse passing the deserted Swamp with the usual glare of red in the background plus the red neon sign of rags fc and a commentary about last journey - Old Trafford - Manchester United etc etc.
So l reached for the off switch, enough highlighting of United for one day, pondering whether the Coop hearse also drove past the family undertakers and how many people they had with have with hearse drive past their first work place more than 50 years ago.
Sad to say its all a bloody circus for tv

I think it's fair enough showing scenes from the funeral of a WC and EC winner on the news. What annoyed me, in contrast, was when Bernard Halford's funeral took place even the local BBC North West news did not mention it, never mind film it, despite a turn out of current management and staff and some great old players. Obviously Bernard did not have the national appeal but locally he was very well known and to be ignored in that way was shite by BBC.
