Well in Pep, another 2 years at Manchesters finest, but please stop with the two holding midfielders, that's all I ask.
we've barely had a left back under Pep, staggering really.
Yes, Pep will be playing left back for the rest of the season.Maybe that’s one of the conditions of re-signing
i love the hurt this will cause .
If that is the case that is a good thing as long as it stays verbal.Seems to be a lot of hostility from fans of other clubs?
So is it a new deal or an extention? The big boss man says extention but Corky disagrees? Who on earth could be telling the truth?...Pep Guardiola: “The challenge for us is to continue improving and evolving, and I am very excited and about helping #ManCity do that.”
Pep Guardiola: "I have everything I could possibly want to do my job well and I am humbled by the confidence the Owner, Chairman, Ferran and Txiki have shown in me to continue for two more years after this season..."
Pep Guardiola: “Ever since I arrived at #ManCity I have been made to feel so welcome in the Club and in the city itself- from the players, the staff, the supporters, the people of Manchester and the Chairman and Owner
Khaldoon: “It is testament to the qualities of the man that Pep Guardiola’s passion and intelligent approach are now woven into the very fabric of the football we play and our culture as Club
Khaldoon: "It also goes to the stability and creativity at the heart of our football operations. Importantly it is a validation of the football structure and philosophy that has been built over more than a decade and to which he has contributed so much
Khaldoon: “Pep’s contract extension is the natural next step in a journey which has evolved over many years. It is a product of the mutual trust and respect that exists between him and the entire Club
Khaldoon: “I’m sure all #ManCity fans share my delight in this new agreement and in anticipating the exciting opportunities that, with continued hard work, are there to be taken.”
Do you think pep wants us to regress or he likes it if we are playing bad.I honestly think Pep has taken us as far as he can. He looks jaded and very much doubt he can get us to playing anything like we were. He has also become frustratingly stubborn and too loyal to certain players like Mahrez Rodri and his adopted son, Gundogan. If rumours of a one year extension are true I'd show him tge door and get Pochettino in before the rags sack the Norwegian cabbage patch kid and appoint Poch. And before any bright spark quips "what's Poch won?". Well when Guardiola was in the groove he was the manager that everyone wanted as he WAS the best manager in the world AT THE TIME!. But football is fickle and things move on... And If Levy wasn't such a tight **** on Spurs purse strings I think Tottenham would have won at least one trophy.
I think we have regressed under Pep and will continue to regress give that he seems happy enough playing the likes of Rodri and Gundogan together at pedestrian pace. Time for a change I think.
That's a very very good sign!!Seems to be a lot of hostility from fans of other clubs?
