I dont recall him giving any suggestion that any City players were bargains and l definitely know you avoided my question about the context.

He's part of squad rotation like 75% of players at the club. Without being arsed to check I'd imagine his minutes compare well to Bernie, Torres etc.

I read somewhere recently for his age he'd played more first team minutes than any of the raggy golden kids had at this stage of their careers and that he's the highest scoring British midfielder in all comps since 2018 that plays in the top division.

your probably right, he is only 20, Grealish who I was looking at as a vastly improved player is 25 and Rashford's 23 so time is still on his side.

That was my intepretation of his comments in relation to Ederson. Some will see it differently, that is fine.

Clearly if my ‘context’ is I interpret his comment as a positive rather than a slight, that clearly answers your question about it being a stick to attack our owners, in this instance. That is self-explanatory.

But you have denied there was an 'agenda' against City for years on here. I don't like the way that word is misused by fans but I do like Bill the Blue's list of how the media have treated City over the years and l am sure Bill could have included many more things.
You seem to defend our detractors and rarely have a good word to say about fellow Blues' opinions, coming across as Mary, Mary quite Contrary's brother or worse still, Blue Moon's own version of Darke or Tyler.

Again its all about definitions of about what constitutes an agenda and to be honest the debate has been done to death.

Your second paragraph is not true at all. I have debated all day, with some decent posters, and avoided getting personal or insulting to those with an opposing view. Its what a forum should be about after all. Sadly your taking the discussion away from the debate and making it personal, shame as in the main, its been a decent discussion.

It is all about opinions. Some of us are clear about what we mean, others make sly comments. l don't think l have been either personal or insulting nor do l think l should be temed not decent. Indecent or in decent perhaps but never blukewarm. Its all or nothing for me.
