Trying mate, motivation is down with no gym etc, did a home leg workout yesterday and 12 rounds of shadow boxing today, I look a bit pregnant post Christmas! If I stop exercising and turn to the bottle because of what is going on in the world and because frankly it's easy to do I'll be very disappointed with myself!

I’ve always been an advocate of fresh air indoors as much as possible, to combat cold and flu seasons.

(Off topic) I bought an instrument that measures CO2 indoors, and I've barely shut a window since, with a slight opening it runs at about 600 parts per million, if you leave them shut it can get as high as 2000. Obviously that's only CO2, but imagine what else there is that lingers with no ventilation, you have lower humidity too.

As i have explained many times , due to a brain problem i find so much data really difficult to read , it was a polite request , bold and underline , it has nothing to do with anything other than that
