Apparently a west brom player has been racially abused on social media, Romaine Sawyers, which is absolutely awful, anyone found guilty of racism needs locking up in this day and age. West Brom have rightfully reported it to the police.

The thing that annoys me is when clicking to read the report, its a City player challenging him in the photo,(Gundo) and we get a mention too as the team they were playing when the incident occured. Not a lie, I hear some of you say, ok but there is no way they are not "putting us out there" in connection with this.

The bastards cant bring themselves to give us anywhere near the amount of positive football articles as they do for teams below us in the league, but as soon as there is negative association, bang!! we are linked like a shot.

This happens regularly, from covid distancing to spending to racism, its City who get presented visually. I dont care that they need more positive rag/dipper articles for their clicks, but why diss us with negativity always, why not leave us out altogether, you know, like they do when we do something good.

I dont know who has sent this racist message, and I suspect, neither do the bbc, so to offer us up subliminally like this is unforgivable.

I will reiterate my view from a similarly negative article recently, if something good had happened instead at the time we played them, we would be nowhere near the article in words or pictures.

When there was a little noise about players hugging the BBC ran 3 articles in 3 days. Every single article had a photo of us. One of them they even put on the Fulham page in error but still showed us. We should treat the BBC with total distain and send out a member of the backroom staff for MOTD interviews like Ferguson did and if they question that just highlight every negative article which shows a photo of us and tell them until they report on us in a fair manour then they will not be given any respect or time by us
 
Gillette soccer Saturday think the only mention we got was from Stelling saying how fortunate we were with the 2nd goal against West Brom. No mention in regards to being top of the league or any expert analysis from Merson.

We have had the best we will ever get from him with his 'Lovebites and evryfing' moment.
