Yes, and you would probably need to pick 100 promising 12 year olds to have a good chance of having picked the one that grows up to develop into the player and personality to make it.

Where has been stated categorically that Pep is only here for a few years more? If the media were to be believed he wasn't going to come in the first place and then he wasn't going to hang around too long.
 
Manchester City are probably the most stable football club in world football at the moment. It is the prize managerial position. The plans for the future of the club are second to none and we have the team (on and off the pitch) to deliver everything the owner (and us fans) desire. Why should Pep leave?

Depends how the next couple years go. If we win CL and or a treble/quadruple and keep winning he may get to a point where he just fancies something new

But I bet the ugly girl scored more. Mbappe better fit for City, Haaland my choice simply as a more realistic prospect.

What 01cravend said was factually true under PSG shirt in CL big games.

Now, he made a statement with that performance for PSG. He needs to keep doing that.

Madrid look weaker than PSG and is still isn't renewing. Mbappé had from the start his plan to go to PSG to leave a mark in France and then jump ship to go to Real Madrid.

He has probably stayed longer at PSG than he initially he thought because Real didn't (don't) have the money to buy him yet.

I don't think he care about City being an ugly girl or what. He must value City a great deal from a sporting and financial point (like any big player) but he doesn't dream to play there.

You say that, but I could say Foden is more talented than Eric Garcia despite being different players.

I only asked because I know how highly rated Foden is, and it's likely he'll be most highly rated on these forums. So if people say they believe Haaland and/or Mbappé are as talented or more talented, it gives a perspective on people's opinions on how good they believe these players to be in a less abstract way.

All world class mate, can see Phil being our false 9 next season if we don't sign one of the other 2.
The other thing is that Foden can cover numerous positions across midfield and attack which the other 2 can't.

Haaland and Mbappe are goalscorers so they'll always get the plaudits and have the bigger names. For my money Foden will be every bit as good.
