Haha! Cheated by running on the coast mate. It's pancake-flat and hosts some of the fastest/flattest races in the UK, believe it or not.

Meanwhile, speaking of flat and fast races, the 10km wold record was done in Valencia last year - 26:24 - something for you quicker boys and girls to aim for.
