This is something we have nothing to worry about. This guy right now can’t make the starting XI of a struggling Benfica team. When he plays, his performances are beyond mediocre and underwhelming. For that price, they will find no team crazy enough to take the gamble. Furthermore, a couple of months ago a Benfica fan sent me an interview by his agent in which he says Nunez has no plans of leaving that club in the next two season — which is the smart move. Maybe an option for the future, certainly not for now.
edit: here’s the interview: https://www.noticiasaominuto.com/de...-darwin-nunez-quer-ficar-dois-anos-no-benfica He says the player would only consider a move after next season
I had a bet on a Benfica game a while a go and as I had nothing else to do I watched the game.
Darwin Nunez was terrible. Like seriously fucking awful, and I dont mean he just had a bad game he didnt even look like a footballer he seriously struggled with the pace of the game, and it was a Portuguese cup game...
I lost my bet as well
