I actually think he would do very well at Real Madrid and would love to expand his cultural experiences
Don’t disagree with you. But for some reason I have a strong feeling we will be in for him. He’s overplayed at Spurs and that has contributed to his injuries. That wouldn’t happen at City. I get the argument about his age and fee but he is a brilliant CF and would score an absolute shit load in our team.
I presume you mean he would like to go somewhere where, if he wasn't a footballer, he'd struggle to get a job stocking shelves in Eroski, rather than Tesco?I actually think he would do very well at Real Madrid and would love to expand his cultural experiences

True. But if your captain goes on record and says he wants to leave it will be very hard to keep the player.
Ask Messi... and othersTrue. But if your captain goes on record and says he wants to leave it will be very hard to keep the player.
If we did sign Kane rather than Halaand then I'd presume Delap would be slated to come in and be his eventual replacement.Yeah, I'm pretty sure he'd score a lot of goals over a few seasons. I just don't see how there's any longevity in it and I don't want to see us have to go back out in two or three years to sign another replacement.

Phil Foden & Eric Garcia say hi!You'd hope so but I'm not convinced that any of the current academy players will go on to be regular first team players for us. Nothing against them but it's just not the way we work anymore, unfortunately.

And if you don't think McAtee for one is going to make it with us then you've not watched him. Superb footballer, Romeo Lavia comes to mind as well.
If Kane wants to leave Spurs it’s now or never, we won’t be spending £100 million on a striker every year. Does he want to finish his career having won everything or as a one club also ran? Reduces Levy’s leverage if he’s prepared to push for a move.I think City and Kane is a great match. In fact a cursory read into the spurs forum last couple of days their more level headed fans want him to go to City if he ever leaves them. But it won't happen for two reasons. The thick **** Daniel Levy and Jose.
Daniel is a prick and despite what some people calling him an excellent business. He is not.
The first rule of negotiation is you don't treat the opposite party with disdain. For ex. asking 80 million for Dili Alli few years back, 50 mil for Rose ( they are worth 20 combined now tbf). Going to Aston Villa with the first offer of 7-8 mil for Grealish, the year before they were promoted. There is a sense and logic to negotiations.
I say this because of the asking price of 150 mil. Those fucked up ankles and 28 year old age is not helping his cause. He is going to fuck up the deal. We as a well managed club will get other targets and probably will win multiple trophies again next season. So fuck him!
Doesn’t feel right to me at all
