Give it a few years and transfer fees won't exist. These guys want to spend as little on the game as possible and pocket as much as they can, transfer fees are a huge stumbling block as they don't really exist in American sports. they'll be bringing in draft systems, swap systems or whatever else they can concoct. Expect players to be passed around the founding clubs on a year to year basis. Half our team will be ex rags/dippers and vice versa.
 
Why did we jump onto this sinking 'life raft' ? Certainly we don't love uefa but FFS did they not think of how this would look? Protests will kill this inside a week and we will be left stinking with the other shit stains

Completely agree. Sickening to see him named on the club’s site.

Although, the fact the same statement was published by all of the 12 clubs suggests that a pre-contract has been signed. The wording of the public statement would have been negotiated between them, annexed to the contract, and the clubs will have been obligated to publish in substantially that form. If we or our press team had any flexibility, I don’t think we would announce it in those exact terms with a Glazer quote (perhaps we couldn’t negotiate flexibility because we came to the table late).

In effect, this means the statement would have been signed off by the board, Khaldoon, Ferran and the rest of our executives and lawyers. It goes right to the top of our club, and shows they either don’t care about / understand us “legacy fans”, or it shows just how much leverage the other 10 clubs (minus Chelsea) had on us. Either way, doesn’t spell good news for us.

yes i agree but barcelona an madrid arent "football" they are 2 clubs who spent over and over for decades without ever payin back. I mean why would europe pay for their own spending and mistakes? Both clubs were on the top list of those who did all possible to screw city and psg, and they do this now that our clubs are both in semis? More than any other clubs i dont get city on this. I think their deep hatred for qatar blinds ur owners sometimes.
City lost money, psg lost money, bayern lost money, but theres a difference between gettin less than u expected and owning a billion to banks, other clubs etc. English clubs could have killed barca and real basically, get all their players, instead of that they pull the pants down
