Breaking records/stats thread

If we win the league.....
Most double winners
With our first definitely not being in 1970 as we have no history

It really is total football. You can see that through the spread of goals in this team.

We are not engineered to work around 1 or 2 players, we are built around whichever 11 play.

That type of achievement alone tells us all we need to know about Peps personality. There are some big names in that dressing room but no man is better than the next.

The top stat I posted before is absolutely ridiculous. Our goalkeeper completed more passes than any Burnley player today.

Just think about that for a second. Our goalkeeper. It's fuckin unreal.
Is that a site where you can find how many passes and other stats are?

A truly astonishing evening ..... The BT comm told us early on in the first half that we had achieved 16 consecutive away wins and were seeking no.17. We played so spectacularly well tonight however that after the game the BT presenter decided to award us two wins for tonight’s performance and proudly announced that our tally was now 18

And the age old, losing away at half time stat.

Only managed it once in the league in the last 105 attempts but done it in back to back Champions League away games in the Quarter and Semi Finals. Certainly sounds like a City stat.

Isn’t the more impressive stat to focus on being.....how many fukin times we have actually been behind at half time in the first place

Oh for sure, I checked and we've only had 14 chances to do it in the 5 years Pep's been here.

20/21 - Spurs (a)
20/21 - West Ham (a) - Draw
19/20 - Southampton (a)
19/20 - Chelsea (a)
19/20 - United (a)
19/20 - Liverpool (a)
19/20 - Norwich (a)
18/19 - Chelsea (a)
16/17 - Middlesborough (a) - Draw
16/17 - Chelsea (a)
16/17 - Everton (a)
16/17 - Liverpool (a)
16/17 - Leicester (a)
16/17 - Spurs (a)

Still a bit mad than we've done it in back to back knockout games v Dortmund and PSG.
