... as good as our squad is, I very much doubt any other manager would have us this far clear. Mancini and Pellegrini could’ve won the league with these players but not by such a sizeable margin IMO. Hughes wouldn’t have been able to win it full stop!

We’d be in double figure goals with Stuart Pearce, while Alan Ball might have avoided relegation.
