I did that very thing, raising my glass of bubbly to My Old Man/Woman, all my aunts and uncles and grandparents, each and everyone a Blue, all of whom enjoyed our occasional triumphs and suffered our regular disasters!

23 years ago this week me and my brother left The Brittania on the way to the 3rd Division.. what a transformation since!

So I raised my glass also to Kevin H and Dickov and The Goat and Andy Morrison and Eyal and Ali B and Mark Kennedy and Bernstein and Keegan and Il Mancio and Vinny and David and Yaya and Pellers and Pep and Fern and Joe and Pablo and Sergio and KdB and Riyad and Gundo and everyone of them who's ever pulled on the shirt.. each and everyone a Blue too.. thank you all, boys!

Drury is an underated commentator. I'd put him up there with Barry Davis. He's old school, calls what he sees and doesn't try any sensationalist bollocks.

The anchor Kate Abdo shits all over Woods and Cates on Sky. That's probably why she left to join a professional outfit. Spitty is still a bitter **** mind. Claiming stones is being made to look good by Dias.

Spot on with the comment about Peter Drury. Barry Davies was miles ahead of Motson, up there with Benaud, McClaren, O'Sullivan for me.
Guy Mowbray is another one in the same bracket.
 
Even if we do win the cup in may unfortunately it won’t end there it’ll be ‘ why we didn’t win the quadruple’ ... then the super cup then the charity shield etc you know what fuck em’ it’ll bring great memories for all of us we were here before sky we were here before Bt. and all the other shite narratives. I don’t agree with the media agenda against us but I do agree with is the lazy of so called pundits who they’ve employed whilst there’s quite a few ex pro players who care to give a careful balanced view.
