Kane has asked to leave so he’s been tapped up, just can’t see City as a club tapping him up before a Champions League final, and as others have said this isn’t our modus operandi

If the question was who do I think is better and fits us better RIGHT NOW, I'd edge it to Kane over Haaland (just)

Think he's the better all round player, and think his playmaker ability is something Pep would like....that plus he's just as good a finisher as Haaland

But there are just too many other factors that go in Haalands favour that it just makes the Kane move seem not worth it

They'd cost the same but Haaland is younger and isn't in his prime yet, has a better injury record, better profile (in marketing terms) and has a much greater sell on value

Kane made his bed by signing a ridiculous 6 year deal with no buyout clause (seriously why do no Prem players insist on these?)

That said if he goes United that would really improve them, but if we get Haaland we get the better deal

He's quite good at pens, so we would be at least 5 or 6 goals better off per season just from that, as we miss so many currently!

He's a top player and as long as he stays fit he would improve our team. I don't really care what the cost is as I'm not paying the money personally. If the club think it's worth sigining him for what he is quoted then that's up to them.

Only worry is his age and if he gets injured. But if we signed him we could get 4 or 5 seasons out of him.

He has less than 40 goals in the last two seasons combined. That may improve in a team like ours, but by no means the 'guaranteed 30+ goals a season' player people are claiming.

First of all, we would never get Kane for that number. And even if that were the case, the 150M investment on Haaland is EASILY smarter

As I said earlier, too old, too expensive and too many injuries.

So no longer an elite striker then based on two of those factors. For me 'elite' is best of the best which means top three or four in world. I just wouldn't put Kane in that category now. I admit I was a bit harsh saying that he never was so I apologise to the large number of Harry fans that I insulted by that phrase (except the rag fan).
I just think that Haaland and Mbappe have a greater ceiling, more years and greater commercial appeal than Kane has and we should go all out for one of them. I really wouldn't want Kane for the three reasons you quote and because I believe their are at least a couple of strikers that may be available.

we do realise how much money £150m is dont you? plus agent fees , wages etc? its not fifa and this is real life money?!?! Maybe just maybe pep wants Kane over Haaland as well? Just because some fans dont maybe pep has asked for Kane?
