Champions League Final | Tickets - City Official Package + UEFA Tickets | 2022 Final (pg 1033)

Please don't anyone take this as gospel as its just my opinion, but, I think this drops way down the loyalty points, possibly to anyone on the Scheme.
Not a chance with free flights, even with the pcr test £700 to watch City in a champions league final this will be sold out before 15000

Guys (and gals) I have good news. I just did a quick check to see how many ticket are left after 10 mins of being on sale at the next category and it's gone up!!

1,867 available, including:

119 - £515 tickets
851 - £386.50 tickets

That show's they're definitely holding some of the cheaper tickets back (or putting them back on sale after people tried the loop-hole on the website earlier.

EDIT: they have added block S48 to the plan which explains it. There's still S49 and S50 to go on too. Around 275 tickets in each I reckon?

What’s the loophole? Sounds interesting!

I'd say this is definitely true as I was looking earlier when I could only get my own ticket. Waited until 5pm to get my lads with mine. Before 5pm Block S10 behind the goal and the £154 tickets the furtherst row back you could get then was Row 27. Looked a bit strange. Anyway that block now you can buy on rows 33 back to row 38.

Right for those of you (like me) panicking on posting tickets before we fly) and the confusion between last nights announcement (Royal Mail) and the confirmation when booking (print at home), I texted Lisa Eaton last night about concern over post. City have just rung me and said they are waiting on a filfillemnt agency to advise so it could be either Royal Mail or e ticket or even collect in Porto as last resort. Promised me I could not be left having flown without an answer/ticket and will let me know - so watch this space.
Interesting.... there was no actual delivery method to select on check out, normally you select post or e-ticket

This club is the fuckin pits. Did sons ticket no problem, started mine and the no travel option never appeared, kept refreshing nothing...then got messages saying the transaction may get processed, had to complete the payment. Now could be on that fukin free plane, stuck at no 85 in a queue making sure they confirm I’m going to get my ticket posted to my home address

by all accounts been happening all day

And what are you basing that on? Or do you really mean, "I hope a ballot system happens"?
I don't know which clubs do it, but I read something on the BBC website - probably last August/September saying some clubs have had the ballot system pre-Covid. As for me, it doesn't matter - my days of going to away games were in the 70s and 80s. With my five kids growing up in the 80s, 90s and noughties, going home and away isn't great on the family front - well not for me anyway.

What’s the loophole? Sounds interesting!
Apparently first thing this morning, if you qualified you could buy tickets for your friends and family without them qualifying with their ticket points. Another poster who tried this for his son has confirmed the club are cancelling the tickets so they should be re-added to the planner.

Disaster for that family.

Well Bill, you've just shown yourself up with every blue reading these posts with your 100 per cent wrong 'swamp' comment. 60 years old, been going to our games since the late 60s. Had a season ticket in the 90s for three years, moved to Sussex 97 with work, kept season ticket - still went to weekend games, back to Manchester with work in 2000, got another season ticket when we moved to the Etihad.

I think the ballot system may well happen.
it wasn't aimed at you or any particular fan. the ONLY reason people want change is because the present system doesn't suit them. i know, let some kid go a cup final cos he shouts louder than the old guy with 24k points having traipsed all the country watching shit. forget 40 ish Euro aways.

yeah that seems fair .
