They are spot on, it's one of the reasons I hate UEFA they are the biggest bloated bunch of self serving twats in football. It would have been no better in that failed ESL either. Fans of the finalists don't get much more than 17k tickets in normal times and that's at the bigger venues. The prices are ridiculous and it's a jolly boys outing for the corporates and big wigs

I am absolutely disgusted with the so called Supporter Service.
I am now on my 3rd attempt to speak to somebody.
So far , I’ve been on phone nearly 4 hours
Twice I have got to be the next one answered BUT NO, it’s been cut off both times.
Need to ask why my flight details have not appeared yet my match ticket have.
I have also Tweeted SS twice but no answers.
I can’t remember having problems with SS before in 47 years
I’m nearly at the end of my tether

I had the same issue yesterday and emailed mancity@mancity.com

I had a reply inside an hour.

I think it entirely depends on how many they have 'held back' (if any). In view of the fact that they really need to sell them soon, I'm thinking nothing is being held back and those of us on 10,000 have no chance.

I don't know if you have had other replies but in case not I'd suggest emailing Lisa Eaton, head of supporter services, and letting her know your problem and the issues you have had trying to resolve them. Lisa is very helpful.

Managed to get 1 this afternoon by the criteria met, between me & my son.
promised to take him if we ever got there, so that’s what I’m going to do, I’ll fly there & back with him and he can go in with a family friend.
At least I’ll get to keep my promise of dad n lad trip.

Hi..as I understand it both tests are fine..the RT-PCR is quick and less accurate..the RT-qPCR has to be sent to a lab, is more accurate and takes longer.

I'm a Scientist. They are the same test. RT-PCR= real-time PCR and qPCR = quantitative PCR, they are the same test. Confusingly RT also stands for reverse transcriptase which is what happens before the qPCR hence why both terms are used.

Did you buy your ticket at around 3pm yesterday when the system was playing up? A number of Blues’ travel bookings were unsuccessful around this time including my own. I was on the phone for over 3 hours including queuing and having Supporter Services sort the issue.

The default situation should have been that you got travel with a ticket but the changes to the ticketing were put together in a rush.

It was a lot earlier as revived ticket booking confirmation at 11.21 am Thursday
I’m in contact with Sportsworld at the moment via email and they are been very helpful. Unfortunately they can’t do a lot as they haven’t received any flight request for me.
