You shut your filthy mouth!

In all seriousness, the freedom afford to our central positions suits Phil perfectly, because his toolset is so vast, you increase his unpredictably.

He is allowed to go wide and do his wide-bits that we've been seeing all year, we get to see him collect centrally, turn and drive forward (a trade mark move from him at this point) and look to make that killer pass. He can also finish and be in better positions to do so (centrally).

Considering Gundogan and KdB's age, we will see great rotation in the 2 spots between all 4 (Phil, Gundogan, KdB, Bernie).
Yeah I agree. I think the biggest reason why he hasn't been playing so much is because in the middle pep wants him to slow down his train of thought a bit a be calmer, more patient, build up play rather than always go forward which is what pep said not too long back. Also i think its because pep likes 1 controller(gundo, David Silva) and one direct(de bruyne).

But yeah as you've said he's made leaps and bounds this year and with him having had regular football this past season we should see him feature centrally much more next season.

I think it says it all when his contribution matches that of £60m+ players.

The kid is one of a kind and is, in my opinion, the most cultured English footballer we've ever seen.

Noticed a big difference in his physique today having not seen him live for so long. Looks every better in the flesh. What a future he has ahead of him. Probably not the day to say it but could he be the one to beat kuns record?

na, maybe only if he plays 15+ seasons. It would be more of the Lampardian style of doing it.

Youngest players to win 3 Premier League titles

Phil Foden20y, 11m, 26d
Phil Neville22y ,3m ,25d
Ryan Giggs22y,5m,7d
Rafael22y,10m,11d
Anderson23y,1m,8d
Wes Brown23y,6m,29d
Wayne Rooney23y,7m,0d
David Beckham24y,0m,14d
Gabriel Jesus24y,1m,9d
Gary Neville24y,2m,28d

As an aside, Phil Neville is also the quickest to 5 PL titles - 24 year, 3 months 28 days

Foden would beat that if we win two titles across 21/22, 22/23 and 23/24.

And just off the bottom of that list is Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Running out of words for this lad , will be accused of wearing the blue tinted glasses but i havent seen a better more naturally gifted player at his age since Messi appeared on the scene and Foden has the stage at this club to become a true world star, and i havent had a drink yet :)

I cannot believe i'm saying this but any predictions for Phil's potential I think would be an understatement. He is that good. This has been his first season as a fully fledged first team member and he has been phenominal. Imagine him in a couple of years? There is not a team in the world that wouldn't have him, thats now. Still have to remind myself he is a blue and likely will spend his career with us.
