For those of you that think Foden is being played enough. The question I put to you is do you think he should get the same playing time as Sterling or KDB because currently he is getting nowhere near that this season. Hes actually had nowhere near as much minutes as Mahrez in the PL.

I think he is doing just great, getting more and more starts and showing us what a huge talent he is.

I don’t think he was being played enough in the Prem but there are signs recently that is changing. IMO he is now far more important to this side than Sterling or Mahrez. Technically, he is a much better footballer than Sterling and he has more end product than Mahrez. Like any top side, it is important that you get your best players on the field more often than not and Foden falls into that category, even as the kid he is. In recent weeks Foden has shown both Sterling and Mahrez that when you play wide forward in this side, you have to deliver consistently, that means goals, assists and good performances overall. Sterling and Mahrez very rarely provide the whole package.

For me, if the rotation in the front 3 is going to continue, more often than not it should be rotation between Sterling and Mahrez on the right, with Foden one of the 1st names on the team-sheet until he is in need of a rest.

One of Phil's best assets for our team is his finishing ability. I am far more confident that he will take chances than anyone else in our team at the moment.
His mental strength also seems to be impressive. After the shenanigans in Iceland and subsequent press hounding a drop in performance levels would have been expected but he seems to have shrugged it off.

I would like to see Phil and Torres take the wings for an extended run and put Mahrez and Sterling on the bench for a while.
