Champions League Final | Travel Requirements + COVID Tests

Has anyone managed to successfully register a Randox days 2 test? I have tried 6 frigging times on 2 different devices and when I get to the SUBMIT button nothing happens, no error message, no form rejection message, no data highlighted as missing or wrongly filled in? The admin around this trip may never fucking end!!! Agggghhh

anyone had similar issues?

Now I am getting shit off the Mrs for “the amount of time all this is taking”. Well Mrs BBS if you still snoop on my Bluemoon messages, there’s a fucking global pandemic on, that’s why, now put the kettle on and make me a fucking brew for the first time in 6 months

I had the same problem. Eventually got it submitted by leaving the question about passport number ( fill in if test require for travel) blank and ignoring the questions about which countries I had passed through as these become irrelevant. Hope this works for you. Once submitted I had a 30 mile round trip to nearest drop off point As you dont appear able to send it using normal post.

yeah you have to take them to the small claims court and include everything, ticket, transport, other test, compensation for missing the game. I made it by one minute for final flight after my company cocked up and would have done the same.

Don’t worry I have two daughters who are solicitors
Im all over it to compound things I was having a meal at 1930 in a restaurant Just before kickoff and the company called me saying they had received a message from me about my test
I politely pointed out that the message was 13 hours and explained they were now interrupting my meal and they would be hearing from my solicitor next week
I also mentioned the freedom of information act and Human tissue acts regarding my sample
It’s a matter of principle now and I will be contacting them tomorrow
 
Has anybody done the day 2 Blindspot test yet?

Do you need to register again using the same link as last time or do you just pop the test in the post?

Hi mate I tried 6 times and called them twice, both times waiting over an hour to speak to someone! Eventually I got her to speak to her supervisor to take my info over the phone and try it herself, filling in in whatever format she was aware of as being right - same result, couldn’t submit, but no error messages! Got her to agree for them to sort it tomorrow at their end and phone me when it was done.

I will now try again with your suggestion, the only bits I left blank were countries transited through or non exempt countries visited, so I will now try it with no passport number.

The other thing that was wrong was I submitted no i am not self isolating, but in the summary that kept coming up as yes I am! Same when she did it. I’m not cos I don’t need to but try telling that to the Randox computer, computer says I am!!!

Not in the least surprised that neither mine or my sons test reports at £95 each were looked at at any stage either outbound or inbound, nor through the entry cordon or going into the ground.

Mine wasn’t the passport number, there was a missing digit on the URN number, BUT:-

1. There were supposed to be 3 labels in the kit, they only sent 2 so the one I was supposed to keep wasn’t there

2. I told her my number and she said it was right and actually on their system!

3. There was no error message or data highlighted as being wrong

Anyway it has now worked and I’ve dropped the fucker off at the RANDOX drop off point at the airport. That’s this trip now over, just better come back negative. Next European trip might have to be post COVID-19

PS fair play to Rachel at Randox who stayed on over an hour after her finishing time to sort my registration at, her and Heald Green pharmacy both went the extra mile

Crikey mine was checked by easy jet on the way out and the way back, by passport control in both countries, at the ground and even in the shithole I was staying at. I must be a dodgy looking FOC

True. The organisation of the rollout has been incredible, whereas countries I tend to hold in very high regard (Germany for one) have struggled, but the govt got plenty of vaccine orders in early and without the supply there’s not much the NHS could’ve done. I’ve been hugely critical of the government on a lot of things regarding the pandemic, but I’ll also give them credit for the things they’ve gotten right. There’s not many of those but the vaccines are a biggie.
 
Not had my day 2 test through yet and need to do it today.

Ordered it last Monday! They have given me tracking info so hopefully turns up today.
