No mate, she tested positive and has got to day 10, but literally today her partner has started showing symptoms and has done a lateral flow and tested positive, and she reckons she now has to self isolate for a further 10 days.
 
Greater Manchester up huge week to week unfortunately. By 540 (biggest rise yet) from 392 last Saturday to 932 today.

Manchester up over 200 again and quadrupled in that week. Salford second highest (apart from Bolton that is) but down slightly on yesterday at 122 but quadrupled again from last week. Stockport no better - exactly the same score as yesterday 102. Again four times last Saturday. Even Bolton is 44 up on last Saturday its biggest weekly rise in a while.

Tameside did well though falling in half to just 28. The place Zoe has as the worst in England on its dodgy numbers here.

Wigan did a little better and fell below 100 but is still triple last Saturday.

Bury not as bad - less than double last week at 58.

Oldham had a goodish day on just 32 which is only up 11 week to week.


A lot of testing going on obviously in GM so this is not a catastrophe. But certainly not much going in the right direction.

i misunderstood. Her boss is right, she’s back to square 1. That being said, if her partner isolated with her, they should get a confirmatory PCR, just to be sure.
 
North West down all of 3 today to 1752 cases - though GM fell 13 day to day so marginally better!

Week to week NW is up 971 - biggest week to week rise in five months anywhere I think.

That means GM is 53% of the NW total which is not actually as bad as it was before Bolton spiked.

So it looks like other parts of the NW region are up more than GM at the moment.

Which is consistent with Zoe.
 
London at 702 - down 168 - is the 'closest' to NW in numbers today but as you see 1050 behind. The biggest regional gap sice January between one region and another.

Yorkshire was up 17 on 482 and was next nearest to the NW. Only 1270 behind.

I don’t think anyone in this thread has been saying we shouldn’t relax the restrictions on or just after the 21st June if hospitalisations stay low. Nobody.

There was a Dick head member of the public on the Jeremy Vine show on Friday saying we should keep restrictions on level 3 and ban any foreign travel for at least another year, why do they give these numptys air time

Total cases 932 - down 13 on Yesterday - which is slightly better than the 3 daily NW fall

Wk to wk up 520 of the huge NW rise of 971 - just over the expected 50%. So GM not rising as fast as some areas in NW are week to week.

As you see some pretty huge rises from last week - Manchester, Salford and Stockport especially. But everyone up weel to week and only Oldham really got away with an OK day today.

Some Pop Scores today will be heading up up and away unfortunately.

No they won’t.
There are plenty of people that cannot have any of the vaccines due to medical histories and youngsters.
Then there are the vaccine refusers.

Just read a news article and it had Tameside at the highest in the Country, at 900 per 100,000? Why is being reported completely wrong
