I said a couple of weeks back that I thought Sterling would go to Spain this summer. That was well before the Catalan press this week seemed very confident he’d be replacing Dembele at Barca.

Had them myself. Dr said they came from over-exertion on hard surfaces and the muscle pulling the bone off the shin.

Dreadfully painful when you plant your foot and the shock reverberates up your leg. I spent about a month not doing any of the running in training, just ball work and tactical drills, then did my cardio regimen on a stationary bike under Physio supervision.
