Just logged on to ask the same question. I haven't yet.has anyone at all been called back after filling in the deferral form
No, although any form of communication seems tricky at the minutehas anyone at all been called back after filling in the deferral form
I've made three two-hour long attempts to call the club, as I need to not renew our second seasoncard (son gone to live in California), but other son wants his seat on a seasoncard. Sent an e-mail to City 5 days ago - no response yet. Anyone know what's going on in the admin team ? I myself work in admin, working from home because of COVID for a multi-billion pound turnover Govt owned company (millions of customers - yes millions), crazy busy - but we still deliver the same level of customer service.I gave up trying to phone City after waiting 3 hours yesterday and 3 hours today, both without City answering. If you want to renew then best to go online and if you want to defer then go online and fill in the new deferral form. What with the mither over attending the last home game against Everton, going to Porto and then renewing/deferring new season tickets, all within the last few weeks, City will be the death of me!

I sent my form a few days ago and have heard nothing.Anyone had a call back re deferral
No the deadline to extend the deadline has been extended but the deadline to extend hasn't.I thought they were extending the deadline?
You can do both online, renew yours as usual and fill in the deferral form for your son. What is the the correct phone number and option to get the option for a call back? I need to renew my ticket but defer my sons ticket.
No, covid restrictions. Is the physical ticket office not open, to walk up and speak to a person
