Harry Kane

I'm trusting Levy to really dig his heels in on this one.
I honestly can't believe we're even contemplating spending £100m+ on anyone other than Haaland.
Letting Aguero walk away without having his replacement firmly lined up was a ridiculous decision.
If any club ends up signing Kane for a value in excess of £75/80m, they're either daft or desperate.

We sign full backs for half that reported £100m, so logic suggests paying double that for the best striker in the league isn’t so bad of an idea.

#TeamLevy don’t be bullied by that “oil” club ; )

We already had the best striker in the league but let him walk away for nothing.
Kane is too old but Aguero isn’t? Aguero was, not last year though. I’d go with the top scorer and top assister as the best striker. The person who’s goal to minutes ratio is only second behind aguero and even if he stayed at Spurs will end up the top scorer the league has ever seen. People have a weird hate of Spurs and Kane. Im glad the decision makers have brain cells

Maybe they feel like Haaland is not really available this summer with Dortmund already selling Sancho and are targeting Kane who seems eager to come now.

As a neutral, i find it exciting and interesting.

By all accounts we tried to get him last summer and again in January. Unless I mistaken, there was no breaking news on SSN about it, it was all hush hush because it simply wasn’t going to happen. The fact this is now being played out in the media, suggests to me that Spurs are far more willing to do business than they would have people believe. I expect this to be the 1st of 2 or 3 bids with Spurs finally letting him go.

Brain dead would be not wanting the best striker in the league.
I just don’t think he’ll be a good fit for us, don’t forget Pep wanted Harry Maguire and Johnny Evans before them deals fell through and we got RD, this is another massive mistake, do we have scouts at this fucking club, the obvious isn’t always the best and this is on Pep I’m afraid

What’s in pep? Buying the best striker in the league who will score a load of goals for us? Scores, assists, takes a great pen and works his bollocks off to boot. Not sure what you’re after in our search for a striker but I’m glad it’s not you deciding

At what point does United try to come in and outbid us?

For instance, had Spurs accepted the most recent bid we made and United decided to match it and threw more money at Kane?

I get the sense here, everyone believes the price is just obscene, why we're the only ones in for him because we need a striker desperately,

Wonder what number we will go to.

Who wouldn't fit in with the style we play. Never seen him press and must have run about 1/3 the distance Foden ran on Friday. Be interesting to see the opta stats
First of all he runs his tits off, seen him bust a gut many times to get on the end of things. Didn’t everyone say aguero couldn’t press the way Pep would want? Did he adapt despite his age? Yes. I’d also expect a wide man to run more than a striker. A fox in the box with what we create would make us ten times more clinical: something we haven’t been
