Apologies if this has been posted but I’ve just seen an advert for Sky tv and they’re showing different clips of all the things they will be showing, then there’s Martin Fucking Tyler exclaiming “the pride of the premier league” alongside footage of Liverpool lifting the Premier League trophy!!!! Am I missing something here?

Doesn't one of the trailers say a sickly ' born in Madeira moulded in Manchester. Yuck.
The Piss Can seems to be featured in a lot of documentaries across all channels too, ITV even advertising the Sky ones.
Then there's the ads with Cantona looking as old as the GPC and older than me I am glad to say.

Their not unexpected defeat taking the first 9 minutes of the ten o'clock news. Once again Scotland fail in a tournament - what's news about that?
The BBC must have thought they would be reporting on the 'glory' of getting beyond the group stage but got caught out with cameras just showing gloomy pubs in Scotland.

Because it's the first time in 23 years they have failed in a tournament. A whole generation of Scottish football fans haven't seen this. I think some thought they were going to qualify?

Listening to Talksports coverage of the Spain v Slovakia in the car , when Ferran Torres came on the commentator said something like "Ferran Torres is about to come on , who cost Manchester City the best part of £40 million" ...firstly he cost £20.8 million , which by my reckoning is the best part of £21 million and secondly why do they always have to bring the price of the player into it if he plays for City .. Adama Traore came on but they didnt mention he cost Wolves £18 million or £2 million less than the best part of £40 million as Talksport would have it.

Watching the Spain Slovakia game yesterday.
Clive tyldesley was a disgrace started slagging Spain off from first min then even at 4 nil was at them.
All I want is a balanced view of the game and not there persona view of who they like or dislike fooking boils my piss
