I'm not posting it but the Sky Sports story/tweet is unbelievably bad.

I shouldn't be shocked but considering Sterling already called the media out on stuff like that just makes it worse.

No one will know what you’re on about then.

I just checked the official Sky Sports Twitter and couldn’t see anything controversial.

Their app is just full of rag stories.

Give us a clue :)

From Sky football website...the only mention I can find.

Raheem Sterling - 9

Did all of his critical work before the break, but there can be no disputing that Sterling is England's player of the tournament so far and, if he continues like this, in real contention to be considered the player of the tournament as well.

Surely one of the more interesting questions to emerge this summer is why he has not played like this - or indeed anything like this - for Manchester City for so long. Confidence? System? Support? The transformation is remarkable.

That's one in the eye for you
Be careful where you shoot those arrows. You'll have somebody's eye out,

Cry God for Harry
There's a museum in the village devoted to the battle, and the first time I went there, my girls were in their early teens. There are some replica swords on display that you can hold and (attempt to) lift up, with the sharp ends safely inside glass cabinets. They were bloody heavy, even for me, and the girls had difficulty lifting them. I told them that they were used by knights in full battle armour, on horseback. They must have been tough in them days!

I think JJ realised his error and swiftly added " From the time spent training together". Possibly makes it even more ridiculous, if that's possible.
I've been listening out for the earliest match referred to during a commentary. I think it was the result from an Italy v Austria game from 1954. I'm sure if England had played France there would be talk of the 1066 contest.
I’m pretty sure the year would be 1415, and the English archers would have been putting two fingers up to the French.

What’s he that wishes so?
My cousin Westmoreland? No, my fair cousin:
If we are mark’d to die, we are enow
To do our country loss; and if to live,
The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
God’s will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
Such outward things dwell not in my desires:
But if it be a sin to covet honour,
I am the most offending soul alive.
No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England:
God’s peace! I would not lose so great an honour
As one man more, methinks, would share from me
For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my host,
That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
Let him depart; his passport shall be made
And crowns for convoy put into his purse:
We would not die in that man’s company
That fears his fellowship to die with us.
This day is called the feast of Crispian:
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when the day is named,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say ‘To-morrow is Saint Crispian:’
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars.
And say ‘These wounds I had on Crispin’s day.’
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But he’ll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day: then shall our names.
Familiar in his mouth as household words
Harry the king, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester,
Be in their flowing cups freshly remember’d.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne’er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remember’d;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin’s day.

Just turned on skysports news, see what's happening in the world of football, it really is "THE SUN TV" and for me it's plummeted to new depths this morning, it's got that leanne ex woman footballer, cockney red, don't know her surname, but all gob and teeth, and that reality "star " mark fucking Wright, fucking dreadful, who the fuck thought that was a good line up has no idea whatsoever, sky has the chance to be ground breaking, they don't have the competition so just don't bother trying

They've just asked

"Is Luke Shaw as good as Roberto Carlos?"

They have basically turned it into Twitter tv and is aimed at kids and 20 somethings now. SSN is dead as a channel now.

A know a few reds who call him shawberto as a laugh, sky have picked up on this banter, that leanne woman does my fucking head in "typical manu fan" I get she's supposed to have played football, but she's only on the show because she fits the inclusive agenda, she talks shit, some of the other pundits are as thick as shit, I'm all for inclusion, but sky gets people in for their race, colour, sexuality and religion, when they should be getting people in for their quality

She can’t put a sentence together with out adding “you know or you know what I mean“ after every other word.
You know what I mean!

When watching a match on tv why do they think we need commentary ? There should be an option of commentary or just crowd noise.
I can see what is happening I dont need some knob talking about the weather etc !
These knobs are necessary so people can be made aware that Raz"s brilliant pass wasn't so good. There was little enthusiasm for the pass at the time but I think they became more praising later on.
The commentators and pundits have come out with the Same Old Shite as normal in this tournament. I am amazed that so many blues fail to see this.

Or in the same year the Battle of Stamford Bridge against the Norwegians.
