The thought doesn't concern me in anyway should it? True she has denied recently that she has ambitions in that direction although has been speculated she has in MSM. My MP is Esther McVey and to be honest she is a good constituency MP but wouldn't want her as PM.

Yep heavily involved in local issues. Lack of rail services, threat to local infirmary, HS2, incinerator, and stepped in for my son in law to sort out issues with CSA that has been ongoing for years. But still wouldn't want her as PM.

The fact he posted what he did should answer your question.
Some would rather believe that anybody calling out (rightly) the lying **** are doing it for nefarious reasons as opposed to, err, telling the truth.

I find astonishing that these Tories are happy being lied too.

What sort of society do we live in now where leaders can lie and people cheer the lies and shout more, more, more.

I was brought up to believe that lying was bad, if you did wrong it was better to face the consequences straight away rather than later be found out as lying about what you had done. Lies just lead to more lies as you cover up the original lie.

I stopped caring about lying bastards from Westminster when some toff was in charge and lying was often his stock in trade, so much so that the gutter press often named him Bliar. But let's not get into a lather about ANOTHER politician lying, it's what they do! Burglars nick things, thugs batter people, footballers kick a ball, cricketers swing a bat, politicians lie. It'll be real news when it can be proven beyond reasonable doubt that one of 'em has told the truth.

Probably. I’m all out of ideas.

Regarding Dawn Butler, perhaps she could have gotten away with just referring to him as The Right Honourable Pants on Fire. When questioned she could say she meant he was paying tribute to the fact he is in the hot seat.

Must be tough for the hard core tory like yourself seeing their fearless leader being called out on a daily basis and having to scramble about for deflections.
Have some self respect man. Vote Conservative for whatever reason you like, it's a democracy and you're entitled to think that even though you're being served a shit sandwich it's still a better option than labour, but at least stand up and admit those at the top table are doing your party, and more importantly the country, no favours at all right now.
