I mean Silva was 24 when we signed him. And he got better with almost every year.

I'm not saying Grealish will ever hit that level, but he's still got plenty of room to grow. And he's already at a good level to begin with.

Firstly I never in origanl post compared hom to Dave , I said we haven’t replaced him, and I see jack as playing in one of 2 8s with Kev like Dave and kev did in the 100 pts season.

Grealish is gonna be playing for pep and with world class players so of course he is gonna improve. He’s got ten years left in front of him

Me neither, but if we do surely its logical to hold out for a fee of 80-90m for Bernardo if we are about to sell him? Bernardo might as well be the better player of the two.

I doubt they'll be damned if they do. Not sure anyone is really questioning Grealish's ability, it's the price tag. However only time will tell if he's worth it.

However, if Grealish signs a new contract with Villa our board will get slaughtered, both by the fans and by the media. Champions can't attract the best young talent in England, from a small, mid table club (that's for the lurking Brummies) after offering £100m and a bucket load of money to the player.
