Love a positive person and a great bit of spin.

The reality of the situation however is which every way you look at it, you don’t win.

Either you have your best player (unhappy and unmotivated) or you sell them to a team in your league.

This ain’t happening if we are meeting Levy’s valuation. So Levy has a choice of dropping his value or the former (which seriously weakens his hand).

We’re probably ok, going one more season without a striker (not saying it’s the best decision for , but we have form for it).

We needed a CDM and didn’t get Jorginho we waited a season and got Rodri, when we needed a CD, we didn’t get Maguire we waited a season and then brought Dias.

If we don’t get who we want for the price we are happy to pay, we will wait and go again next season.

We’re lucky we have Pep, who is so good that we have tremendous flexibility.

I don't quite see how you win in this situation?

You either keep an unhappy player and continue to finish mid to upper table and win nothing.

Or you lose an unhappy player for what City are prepared to pay say £100m and Levy gives Nuno £30-50m of that to find a replacement/s and you finish mid table again and you still win nothing?

They'll be lucky to see ANY of that. And tbh Villa are already out there buying replacements. Spurs are doing what spurs do. Fkin wasters

Oh the money will get paid and the player will get bought. But winning? That's not something your club really does. Take it from a supporter base that has been there. You're a service company for the country's best clubs. A little bit like Dortmund in Germany or Lille in France.

Thank you for the service you provide btw. It's always good to have a club who will develop talent over years, never really threaten for the major honours, and always be ready and willing to sell when real money comes knocking.
